Yesterday saw last seasons U14 saturday dide travel to the 2022 Aces National finals held in Nottingham, to compete in a competition held exclusively for league and cup champions from across the nation to compete for a champions of England Honour.

The competition attracts teams from all over England including champions from major cities including London, Liverpool and Newcastle. The Humble City of Peterborough, represented by Netherton United can proudly claim national Champion Status, having won the prestigious final against a very strong St Josephs U!5 side from Harrow, London.

AI close fought affair saw both teams drawn at full time and a nerve wracking penalty shoot out required to separate the teams. Netherton United FC came through as winners in the shoot out and can proudly claim their national Champion Status.

Massive well done to the players, parents and coaches in this colossal achievement!
